The officers and directors of the American Orthotic & Prosthetic Association (AOPA) are pleased to present these applicants for membership. Each company will become an official member of AOPA if, within 30 days of publication, no objections are made regarding their ability to meet the qualifications and requirements of membership.

At the end of each facility listing is the name of the certified or state-licensed practitioner who qualifies that patient care facility for membership according to AOPA’s bylaws. Affiliate members do not require a certified or state-licensed practitioner to be eligible for membership. At the end of each new supplier member listing is the supplier level associated with that company. Supplier levels are based on annual gross sales volume:

Level 1: equal to or less than $1 million
Level 2: $1 million to $1,999,999
Level 3: $2 million to $4,999,999
Level 4: more than $5 million.
