Hotel Reservations

The hotel rates at the Gaylord Texan for AOPA seminar attendees are $139 per night (single or double occupancy). MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS EARLY AS THE HOTEL WILL LIKELY SELL-OUT OVER THE DATES OF THE AOPA SEMINAR.

 

Please be sure your reservation request reaches the Gaylord Texan prior to Wednesday, May 27, 2009, when any remaining rooms will be released. There is NO GUARANTEE that rooms will be available at the AOPA meeting rate. Rates quoted here are on a space-available basis only. Once the AOPA meeting block of rooms is sold out, which may be earlier than Wednesday, May 27, 2009 there is no guarantee that rooms will be available or that they will be available at the AOPA meeting rate. All hotel reservations are to be made directly through the hotel by calling (866) 782-7897. Please identify yourself as part of the AOPA meeting.

 

Hotel Cancellations & Early Departure

The Gaylord Texan has a four day cancellation policy (by midnight four days prior to arrival) should you need to cancel your hotel. If you cancel your reservation after midnight four days before your scheduled arrival date you will be billed for one night’s room and tax.
