This can also be done in the mobile app verification. On or before August 7, 2020 Complete the online registration form using the code provided in your speaker correspondence *for early bird rate*. Submit your Presentation Waiver to email@example.com. Submit your handouts to be made available electronically. Submit a 10-question quiz. Details will be provided, but to assist with your pre-planning. A 10-question quiz consisting of multiple choice and/or true-false questions is requested. The answers should be highlighted. The quiz will allow attendees to earn additional CE Credits. Please email your completed quiz to firstname.lastname@example.org. Virtual Speaker Instructions Handout Presenter Training Recording Promote Your Participation! Waiver Form AOPA is asking all presenters to sign a presentation waiver form as AOPA will be recording presentations this year. Your presentation will be available to AOPA members for future use. Visit AOPAversity to preview how the recordings are made available. If you submitted a free paper, you are not required to sign a form because this was completed through your online submission process. Slide Template Presenters are encouraged to utilize the National Assembly PowerPoint template. Using your own PowerPoint design template is permissible, however, the planning committee respectfully asks that all presenters limit the use of their corporate logo on their handouts and presentation slides to the first and/or last slide only. Template available online. Handouts - Upload a File to Your Session AOPA will be happy to upload your handouts to your session page. If you have a presentation handout you would like uploaded, please email to email@example.com by August 7, 2020. Instructions are available online for how to upload a file to your session page. Presentation Quiz A 10-question quiz consisting of multiple choice and/or true-false questions is required and necessary to allow attendees the opportunity to earn extra CE credits for participating in your presentation. All other programming, requires 10 questions. Registration Each presenter will receive a link and code to register online. Please be sure to complete the online registration form to confirm your participation and to gain proper speaker administration access. Student Posters Students and residents are encouraged to submit their poster presentations, and are entered to one one of two prestigious awards. Deadline is July 17, 2020.
