Registration fees are published in USD.  Discount rates are available for AOPA members.

Full Conference Registration includes admission to all education sessions and all meeting materials for both the in-person and virtual conference. Meals include two breakfasts, two lunches, and one reception.  Attendees registering under this category will automatically receive a certificate of attendance. 

Virtual Conference Registration includes admission to all education sessions and all meeting materials held virtually. Attendees registering under this category will automatically receive a certificate of attendance.

One Day Conference Registration includes all conference events for the day selected.  Only applicable to in-person event.

One Day Attendee Exhibition Only Registration includes access to the exhibit hall (during show hours) for the day selected only. Attendees registering under this category will not receive a lunch ticket or the opportunity to receive CE credits. 

Two Day Attendee Exhibition Only Registration includes access to the exhibit hall (during show hours) on Friday and Saturday. Attendees registering under this category will not receive a lunch ticket or the opportunity to receive CE credits.

Exhibitor Staff Registration includes two complimentary registrations with the purchase of each exhibit space (table or 10×10 space). Additional exhibitor personnel staffing a booth should select this category to ensure access to the exhibit hall during set up.  Fees includes all conference education, conference meals, and CE credit tracking.  Exhibitors may purchase up to two additional staff badges per unit at the discounted price.

2021 Participant COVID Waiver

I understand that travel to and participation in events may increase the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, and I knowingly accept that risk.  To the fullest extent allowable by applicable law, I hereby release from liability, waive all claims against, and hold harmless the American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association (AOPA), the facility and their respective employees and representatives, for any harm, injury, and damage of any nature suffered by me from the contraction or spread of disease, including but not limited to Coronavirus, due to my travel to or participation in any aspects of the AOPA National Assembly. This agreement is binding on me and my successors, family, and heirs.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a refund, less a $100 processing fee, notifications of cancellation must be received in writing no later than August 9, 2021. Please email your cancellation request to Kristen Bean at kbean@aopanet.org. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 9, 2021. Substitutions are allowed but must be made in writing.
