Delphine Hanton

Delphine Hanton is CEO of Thuasne since March 2020, leading a global health solutions company with 2,400 employees, presence in 85 countries, and 15 subsidiaries across Europe, the U.S., and Asia. Thuasne invests 4.6% of turnover in R&D, focused on orthopedics, medical compression, and sports health solutions.

She joined Thuasne in 2008 as Administrative and Financial Manager. She became Administrative and Financial Director in 2013, leading mergers and acquisitions (including ventures in India, the U.S., and Sweden) and strengthening internal controls.

She has been appointed Deputy General Manager in 2016, expanding her scope to IT, legal, and regulatory affairs, and driving the group’s digital transformation.

She began her professional journey in financial auditing at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Paris, which she described as “a second school” for understanding diverse business models and developing strong financial expertise.

Delphine serves as Director in of several institutions, such as European Family Business, CIC French bank, Medical Device French syndicate (SNITEM).
