- A unique access token for each participating business
- A PDF copy of the survey generated once a section is completed
- For easy reference, copies of prior-year reports for companies that participated in the past

Once you complete the survey, your organization will receive:
- A FREE copy of the final comprehensive report with industry-wide benchmarks
- A confidential Company Performance Report comparing your organization to similar facilities
