Jessika Broström

Jessika Broström is the CEO of Lindhe Xtend, a Swedish prosthetics manufacturer headquartered in Halmstad, Sweden, with U.S. operations in Melbourne, Florida. Since joining the company in 2014, she has led Lindhe Xtend’s evolution from an entrepreneurial start-up into an international scale-up, building structure, culture, and commercial momentum while accelerating growth, particularly in the U.S. market following the launch of Lindhe Xtend Inc. in 2020.

With academic studies at Linnaeus University in Växjö, Sweden, and in France, Jessika has built her career leading organizations in highly regulated, technologically advanced, and global environments. She began in international sales, transitioned early into the medical device industry, and held several leadership roles at the global medtech company Getinge before bringing her experience into the orthotics and prosthetics sector.

As a leader, Jessika is passionate about driving progress in the prosthetics industry through user-driven innovation, high standards of quality, and strong execution. She focuses on scaling the business without losing agility, challenging traditional ways of working and building teams that combine technical excellence with exceptional customer focus. Beyond her role as CEO, Jessika serves on the board of OTB (the Swedish equivalent of AOPA), lectures internationally, and brings a global leadership perspective on how companies can successfully navigate the journey from start-up to scale-up while influencing the future of the industry.
