Justin Pfaff

Justin Pfaff is a senior healthcare operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and transforming large-scale clinical organizations. He serves as the operational leader for Hanger Clinic’s national network of 900-plus prosthetic and orthotic clinics, overseeing enterprise strategy, performance, and clinical excellence.

Prior to this role, Justin served as Vice President of Growth and Transformation for Hanger, where he led systemwide initiatives to streamline clinical activities and enhance operational effectiveness through technology-enabled solutions. His earlier leadership roles include Regional Vice President, Senior Regional Director, and Area Clinical Manager, following his start as a Board Certified Prosthetist and Orthotist.

Justin is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and holds an MBA in Health Administration from Baylor University. He remains committed to advancing patient-centered care and strengthening the operational foundations that support high-quality clinical outcomes.
