Leela Baggett advises healthcare providers, practitioners, and medical device manufacturers on a broad range of regulatory, litigation, and legislative matters.  With extensive experience navigating complex healthcare laws and policies, she provides strategic counsel on Medicare coding, coverage, reimbursement, and appeals, helping clients address regulatory challenges and advance their policy objectives.  Leela also serves as co-counsel to the Orthotic and Prosthetic Alliance, where she supports advocacy efforts on key legislative and regulatory issues affecting the orthotics and prosthetics community.
