Bio:
Whitney Doyle serves as the Director of Operations & Capacity Building at the Amputee Coalition, where she strengthens the organizational infrastructure to expand its reach and impact. Whitney’s passion for advocacy, community building, and operational excellence drives meaningful change for the limb loss and limb difference community.
As a Certified Prosthetist (CP) since 2015, she brings a powerful, lifelong personal perspective as a prosthesis user to her work. She currently serves as the Principal Investigator for the National Limb Loss Resource Center grant and Treasurer for the National Council on Independent Living. Her professional insights and personal experience were recently shared at the 2026 Amputee Coalition National Conference on a panel for individuals with prostheses and pregnancy, having given birth to her first child in October 2025. Additionally, she has been involved in research manuscripts, such as projects on airport security screenings and ableism that were presented at the 52nd Academy Annual Meeting & Scientific Symposium.
Previously, Whitney was the Executive Director of the Florida Alliance for Assistive Services and Technology, where she led efforts to expand assistive technology services across every county in Florida. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management (MNM) and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).
